  This is the worse agency EVER, run for the hills. I have had nothing but trouble dealing with the incompetence of the staff and agent. Long time customer of State Farm and I am seriously shopping around for new coverage. I will be filing a complaint with the Texas Attorney General office, BBB, a DOI compliant with the board of insurance and anybody else I can find. Please for your sanity don't use this agency, if you like your draft coming out random times of the month and giving the run around by all means go to Mario DE Santiago. Disgusting that 1 cent of my money has went to someone that neither earned it or deserved it.
